Using Pargo:
- For collections to be done on the date booked, they need to be booked no later than 12pm.
- Local and Main Centre deliveries to the chosen counter may take up to 3 working days. Regional deliveries may take up to 5 working days.
- Receivers have an 8-day window from the day of delivery to receive their packages from the chosen counter.
- Merchants can expect stationery deliveries to take up to three working days.
- Pargo will automatically assume liability up to the value of R1,000.00 [incl. VAT] of the value of goods at no extra cost.
- A customer must present their ID at the point of collection in order to receive their parcel.
- Only one package per shipment can be created when using Pargo.
