Door-to-door couriers
This is probably the most familiar fulfilment method. Once you’ve sold an item (via Bob Shop, for example), you book the shipment, print the waybill sticker, and you’re good to go. Using our rates calculator, you can see at a glance which of our courier partners delivers to the right area, and which one offers the most competitive rate for shipping an item of the size and weight you need to send.
After that, the process gets even easier: the courier will arrive at your chosen pick-up point and collect the parcel. It then sets off on its journey to the customer’s specified delivery address – a process that both you and the buyer can track online, and via automatic Bob Go notifications.

Pickup Points
We know that life gets busy, and people don’t always have the time to wait in for a courier delivery. Yes, having your purchases delivered to your doorstep is extremely convenient, but does involve having to be in a certain place at a certain time.
That’s why we offer pickup point services via our delivery partners Bob Box and Pargo. With these services, your customers can collect their items from a secure locker or counter at a strategic location (typically a mall, or somewhere else that people would go as part of their regular routines).

It’s often said that in ecommerce, the last mile is the longest – in other words, most delivery challenges crop up once a parcel is almost at its intended destination.
